    I was in the other day returning parcels, I had an asos parcel which was not straight forward as apparently the barcode doesn't work ever. It was my second time returning an asos item and the first time someone had just done it for me not showing me how to, which was fine. This time I asked for assistance. A lady working at the self serve machines was absolutely horrible. She spoke to me as though I was an idiot and very belittling obviously not wanting to offer assistance and telling me what to do in the rudest way I've ever been spoken to. She may have been busy or having a bad day, we all have aspects of our job we like doing less then others and aren't as important. The way she treated me though she obviously needs re training on how to talk to a customer like another human. I never write reviews but she treated me disgustingly, I tried to read her name badge with not much luck but more then happy to describe her if anyone at the company reads this or cares about how one of their staff members acts. I may add I was more then polite and said thank you for her help multiple times without any lack in softening her tone towards me.
