    I went here today to post a parcel. Stood in a queue for 5 mins then got to the counter. Had to stuck stuff in the parcel and write the address on. The guy with the pony tail behind the desk tells me to stand to the side while he serves other people. I was like it'll only take me a minute to do this and I was on lunch break so didn't have time. His reply "other people are in a rush too." I'm infuriated, and think this idiot should get some customer service training. I've seen other comments here about thus guy and completely agree with the comments.

    Dear Alice Riley you are forwarding wrong information to public. All our staff knows how to do Drop and Go and how it works. You were there and there were like more than 20 people waiting in the queue and you wanted to jump the queue.Drop and go facility means you Drop your parcels and go you don't have to wait in the queue but you didn't wanted to drop your parcel but wanted to get your parcel processed same time and there were many people waiting in the queue before you and you wanted to get your postage done by jumping the queue which is wrong and unethical. We can prove it. So please stop providing wrong information to public. Regards
