    I broke a tooth of my dental plate. On a Sunday evening, I emailed Andy asking for a price and time for repair. He replied very quickly and said he would collect the plate and tooth, the next day at 0915. Sure enough, at 0915, he was at the door. He said he would return it, repaired at 1100. He actually returned with the fixed plate at 1058. The repair is excellent. I lived in Germany for many years, serving with HM Forces. This is the only time, since my return, that I have received the same standard of service that you get in Germany. Andy. I hope I don’t need another repair in the future, but, if I do, I would look nowhere else. Thank you for a wonderful service.
